This non-refundable deposit secures your place in the Carland Cartography custom commission calendar and initiates the creative process for your bespoke artwork. Each commission is thoughtfully developed through research, sketching, and design exploration to create a piece that reflects your chosen place, story, and vision.

The deposit covers:

• Initial consultation and creative discovery
• Concept development and preliminary decision direction
• Dedicated studio time reserved exclusively for your project
• No physical or digital products will be sent until the commission is completed
• This amount will be deducted from the final total cost

This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your commissioned artwork. Final pricing is determined based on scope, size, and complexity and will be outlined in a custom proposal prior to production.
