Carland Cartography typically only offers digital products. No physical items are shipped. Due to tax reasons, we are only able to sell to customers within the United States of America (USA).

Please review the details below regarding delivery and shipping.

1. Digital Products

All digital artwork is delivered as a high-resolution digital download. No physical items are shipped for digital products.

Delivery Method

Once payment is successfully processed, digital files are delivered via:

  • A secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout

Delivery Timing

Digital downloads are typically available immediately after purchase. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment processing.

If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

No Physical Shipping

Because these products are digital files:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No tracking numbers are issued

  • No shipping carriers are used

Download Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Downloading files promptly

  • Storing and backing up purchased files

  • Ensuring compatibility with their devices and software

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

 

 

2. Physical Artwork & Originals (When Available)

On occasion, Carland Cartography may offer original artwork or physical pieces for sale.

If a product is a physical item:

  • Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Orders will be carefully packaged and shipped via a professional carrier

  • Tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped

Processing times for physical artwork may vary based on size, framing, and destination.

International Shipping

No international orders are being accepted at this time. Any orders with an international shipping address will be automatically cancelled.
