At Carland Cartography, we take pride in offering carefully created digital artwork. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.


Digital Products (No Returns or Refunds)

All products sold on this website are digital downloads, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions or usage terms


Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered at our discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product

  • Files that are corrupted or inaccessible

If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue.


Printing & Compatibility

Carland Cartography is not responsible for:

  • Print quality or color variations

  • Printer or paper selection

  • Incorrect sizing or scaling during printing

  • Device or software compatibility issues

We strongly recommend reviewing product details and file specifications before purchasing.


Physical Artwork (If Applicable)

If original artwork or physical items are offered for sale:

  • All physical artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged

  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Specific shipping and delivery details will be provided on the product page at the time of purchase.


Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment has been completed and files have been delivered.
