COMMERCIAL ART LICENSING AGREEMENT (SINGLE LOCATION)

Carland Cartography – Commercial Art License

This Commercial Art Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Carland Cartography (“Licensor”) and the purchasing business entity (“Licensee”).

Purchase or use of the artwork constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to professionally print and display the licensed artwork in one commercial location.

Ownership of the artwork remains with Licensor.

2. Permitted Use

Licensee may:

Print and install the artwork in one commercial location
Display the artwork in public-facing or employee-only areas
Use the artwork as part of long-term interior installation

3. Approved Environments

This license is valid for:

Corporate offices and headquarters
Professional service firms
Creative studios and agencies
Coworking environments

4. Prohibited Use

Licensee may not:

Use the artwork in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality environments
Use the artwork across multiple locations or properties
Reproduce the artwork for resale, merchandise, or marketing
Use the artwork in advertising, branding, or promotional materials
Modify or create derivative works
Transfer or sublicense the artwork to another entity

5. Limitations

License applies to one physical location only
Additional locations require additional licenses
Parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates are not covered unless explicitly stated

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the exclusive property of Licensor.

7. Termination

Any breach results in immediate termination of the license and may require removal of the artwork.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
