RESIDENTIAL DIGITAL ART LICENSING AGREEMENT

Carland Cartography – Residential Digital Art License

This Residential Digital Art Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Carland Cartography (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital artwork from Carland Cartography, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, print, and display the licensed artwork in one private residential location only, for personal use.

No ownership rights are transferred. The artwork remains the sole property of Licensor.

2. Permitted Use

Under this Agreement, Licensee may:

Print the artwork for display in one private residence
Display the artwork for personal enjoyment
Resize proportionally for print preparation only

3. Prohibited Use

Licensee may not:

Use the artwork in any commercial, business, or professional environment
Display the artwork in hotels, short-term rentals, vacation properties, or hospitality environments
Use the artwork in offices, studios, or client-facing spaces
Reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or share the artwork
Use the artwork for marketing, advertising, merchandise, or promotional purposes
Modify, recolor, crop, or create derivative works beyond professional print preparation

4. Limitations

License is valid for one residential location only
License may not be transferred or reassigned
Multiple installations require a separate license

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork is protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted remain with Licensor.

6. Termination

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates this license without notice.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
