The Collector Edition is a modified re-imagining of my hand-drawn city maps.  This collection was created in a new look through a refined, block-print–inspired lens. Rendered in a limited palette of black, brown, and cream, each piece emphasizes form, rhythm, and contrast, distilling the complexity of a place into something quietly powerful and timeless.

This series is designed for collectors who appreciate craftsmanship, texture, and detail linework. The graphic quality of the composition nods to traditional printmaking and cartographic studies, while maintaining the sense of place and exploration central to my work. The result is artwork that feels grounded, architectural, and enduring - equally at home in modern, classic, or globally influenced interiors.

This license grants the right to professionally print and display one artwork file in one private residential location.

Approved uses include installation in:

This license is intended for personal enjoyment only and does not extend to business, commercial, or revenue-generating environments.

Not Permitted Under This License

This license expressly excludes:

• Hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality environments
• Short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or Airbnb properties
• Corporate offices, professional studios, or client-facing spaces
• Use across multiple properties or locations
• Reproduction for resale, merchandise, marketing, or promotional materials
• Sublicensing, transfer, or sharing of files

Each Carland Cartography piece is created through a meticulous, hand-drawn process inspired by travel, wanderlust, and the built environment. The original drawing is digitally refined for professional printing, preserving the energy, structure, and story of place.
