Approved uses include installation in:

• Coworking environments
• Privately owned, single-property short-term rentals (non-branded, non-portfolio use)

Not Included / Expressly Excluded

This license does not permit:

• Hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality environments
• Multi-location, franchise, or portfolio-wide use
• Use across multiple properties owned or operated by the same entity
• Reproduction for resale, merchandise, marketing, or promotional materials
• Sublicensing or transfer to another business or brand

Hospitality, multi-use, or expanded rights require a separate Hospitality License.

Deliverables

With purchase, you will receive:

• One Commercial Licensing Agreement (PDF)
• Two high-resolution digital artwork files (24x36", 300 DPI)
  • One vertical orientation
  • One horizontal orientation

Some geographic areas may be cropped to accommodate formatting.

Download limit: 1 download per order. No exceptions. Please save files immediately after download.

Legal Acknowledgment

Purchase constitutes legal acceptance of the Commercial Licensing Agreement and all associated terms.
